ABSTRACT
Accessory breast tissue of the axilla may be treated by liposuction or excision. Osmidrosis is a condition of malodorous sweating involving the hyperactivity of the apocrine glands, which may be treated by excision of the subcutaneous tissue. Because both affect the axillary region, an area susceptible to disruption, hematoma and infection after excision of tissue, many patients undergo staged treatments. This is a case of bilateral axillary accessory breast and osmidrosis treated simultaneously with Limberg flaps, with optimal results. (J Korean Wound Management Soc 2015;11:27-30)
