| ABSTRACT |
|
Diabetic foot diseases include diabetic foot vasculopathy, diabetic foot neuropathy, diabetic foot and diabetic foot neuroarthropathy, and to treat these diseases we first should remedy basic diseases of them. Particularly, diabetic foot is due to continual tissue damage and results in inflammation and ulcer. The basic principles of the wound management are cleansing, removing the necrosis tissue, preventing infection, proper environment for wound care, and fixing the dressing of wound region.
